Entry Fee: R170 payable at the Tournament

Entry deadline: Tuesday 9 April 2024 23:55 pm.
This tournament will be played under Squash SA and Eastern Province tournament rules.

Rules of entry and tournament regulations:
1. Only registered and paid up Squash SA players are eligible to enter
2. The draw will be posted on the SportyHQ website and players will be informed when the draw is available.
3. A player withdrawing after the closing date will be liable for the entry fee. A fine may be issued to players withdrawing without a valid reason (E.g. injury).
4. Players are to arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
5. It is obligatory for all players to mark / referee the match following their match, unless another official is appointed to officiate that match.
9. Squash SA’s code of conduct will be in force.
6. Tournament Referee: TBA.
7. Tournament Referee’s decision is final on all matters.
7. Prize-winners are requested to attend the prize giving function or forfeit their prize. If you are a prize winner and it is not possible to attend the prize giving for an exceptional circumstance, kindly notify the tournament organiser no later than 10am on Sunday 12 March 2023.
8. By entering you agree that photos and / or videos being taken at and during the event will be posted on our social media platforms.
